Ah Looks like there is already a docker installation guide on develop, I had completely missed that. I'll review and see if I anything needs to be be tweaked there and create a new PR.

Here are a few other changes I had to make in order to get the container up and running:

dockerfile needs pkg-config added to apt install
create folders core, titles, config, log, cert…
