Project Diva Arcade: Added Clear Status calculation + small improvements #18

Changes:

Finally added proper Clear Status calculation instead of the hardcoded 56,52,35,6,6
Added a second (green) festa called Project DIVA Festa with a 2x VP multiplier
Set Sound FX back to default per track (DIVA.NET icon will be missing)
Added small contests progess to profile (for later use)

Important

Make sure to update the database for SBZV to version 5:

python dbutils.py --game SBZV --version 5 upgrade
