amex/ds.c: Rename ds.txt to pcbid.txt
...
ALLS hardware does not have a DS EEPROM or indeed even an AMEX. It
uses the Windows hostname instead. We'd like to use the same file
name for both use cases, so let's change the file name to be
something more generic.

does not contain an AMEX board.
