diva: freeze at song loading screen when playing custom added songs from update packs #149

When selecting a song that is additional songs added through update packs, game stuck at the song loading
.

I can see the updated songs, but will stuck at the loading screen shown above.

Things I did when adding the songs:

Replace the PvList0~4.dat into artemis\titles\diva\data\
Copied the ram folder from the songs updates into DIVA\ram
Copied my song update mdata folder into DIVA\mdata
Re-run importer.py so that the updated ram and mdata folder can be updated to db
Run start.bat

Also, the game loading stucked for a very long time at boot screen and I have to wait > 3 minutes for the 60s timeout to show before loading the game. This long loading time behaviour ONLY happen if I used my own pvdat files in artemis\titles\diva\data\

First thing, delete that link that you have shared.

Second thing, I highly recommend not using the pvlist if you are using custom songs and use the databanks that were supplied with your data.

When it gets stuck at the 5/6, this means you tried to load invalid or not properly formatted pvlist dat files

Third point, custom data issues are not artemis fault, you will have to check with the person that made that song pack
