Attention: There are all talking about maimai DX and newer version, not Pre-DX

this issue based on #125

another about oldServerUrI
looks like this should response a uri like
http://mai.artemis.test/
then game will auto try to visit
http://mai.artemis.test/MaimaiServlet/
I mean he looks like shouldn't tell game a oldserverurI is
http://mai.artemis.test/197/MaimaiServlet/old
if response this, game actually maybe try to visit
http://mai.artemis.test/197/MaimaiServlet/old/MaimaiServlet/
that also wrong, so I think still need improve that code or just delete it in dx.py, although that is useless and we maybe never use this

if I guess right, this may just used by SEGA develop for some reason, not useful for us, but SDEZ 1.00 send it to server
