as for as I know, this only happen on some China private server, they use same verify like official or harder than official, they verify is based on official card reader
I only know what pmm do they need, in fact there still have something make scan card error
and another thing, some developer said segatools aime emulator is just work, but mostly not correctly

the problem is not serious, every public server don‘t care anything, in fact I don’t recommend hardcode pmm, maybe we can try to get pmm from card
