SDHD 2.16 Max Tracks patch is incorrect #2

The max track patch in the patcher included with the SDHD 2.16 bundle is using the wrong offset.
Current offset: 0x6F1D87, Correct offset: 0x397AE1

I had this exact same issue with my patcher, so I went searching for and found the correct offset. It's 544 bytes away from the original Sun offset (0x3978C1)
